Construction Services
- We are a licensed GC that represent the owner’s interest throughout the project
- Adhere to established project timeline and budget and resolve challenges
- Attend weekly construction meetings to ensure performance by subcontractors
- Construction loan draw processing and recommendation
- Review and approve all specs and materials in tandem with owner
Post Construction Planning
- Develop marketing/branding campaign for lease-up that is timed to the certificate of occupancy
- Create operating budget forecasts and work to stabilize income and expenses early on
- Source, hire, and train a qualified team of leasing agents and an on-site manager
